Monthly rent should be paid at least one day prior to the due date.
NOTICE PERIOD:
One month prior notice to be given before vacating the hostel. Notice period should start from the latest due date.
ADVANCE/RENT AMOUNT:
Paid Advance/Rent amount will NOT be returned if NOTICE PERIOD is not served by the inmate.
No waiver or further argument will be allowed for the above conditions. At the time of joining our hostel we'll provide with a detailed terms and conditions for your perusal.
